ME/CFS Legal wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy and safe new year.
2009 presents some major developments that will be significant to the ME/CFS community:
- February 2009 - the NICE guidelines will be challenged in the UK High Court; and
- Late 2009 - the Whitmore Peterson Institute hopes to release the first verifiable test for a subgroup of CFS
Over the next few weeks I hope to add to the site and start to fill out the information that people can use to assist in legal case or provide to their legal advisors.
