Australian Case Law
There is limited Australian Case Law to be found in Australia when it comes to ME/CFS. The cases are broken into a variety of cases where the issues at hand are:
- Superannuation Tribunals
- the existence of ME/CFS itself; and/or
- the cause of ME/CFS; and/or
- the extent of disability caused by ME/CFS; and/or
- the credibility of the individual; and/or
- the credibility of the medical evidence.
